wow....great question.....
while i consider myself still young....i'm not compared to most of you on here i'm sure.....i'm close to 40. i would think i would not want to be a 20-something right now. the economy is the worst i think it's ever been. the middle class is treading water and it's nearly impossible to support a family unless both parents have 6 figure incomes. children want more electronic gagets and bigger and better things from their parents, treat them with less respect and still want more from them. also global warming.....despite what GWB refuses to acknowledge, very much an obvious problem and getting worse. everything is getting more expensive with poorer quality; and this past administration has made such a mess it is going to take a small miricle a few zillion dollars to correct. education of the future generation is frightening, not only by cost but what you see around you in the world. violent crime is rising, people's coping mechanisms are failing and they have no where to go for help because the government has pulled funding to finance their displaced priorities. health care is a shambles and drug companies and sports figures are making more money than they deserve. well...this was a downer.....my apologies.
