Could be many things. High blood pressure, ear infection, sinus infections are are common culprit, but try eating something if you haven't eaten in awhile.

It depends on the cause. If you're lightheaded all the time, that is a reason to visit the doctor. If your get lightheaded when you haven't eaten for a while, have some juice to get your blood sugar up, and then make a point of eating regularly. If you're getting dizzy when you stand up too fast, that's called orthostatic hypotension, and it's usually a harmless nuisance. In any case, staying hydrated can increase your blood volume, which can help. When in doubt, see your doctor.

Well I have had the exact same symptoms recently, the stuffiness and coughing is probably from pollen, just take some allergy meds, the headache could be from screens, so try to stay off the computer for a while, the light headed-ness is probably from sitting too much or you could have a fever, and the moodiness is just hormones, 14 is an age when there all over the place, I'm 12, got them too

there are many reasons you might be light headed and dizzy. I would go to the doctor to have him check me out and make sure its nothing serious.
I get light headed and dizzy when my blood pressure goes up, but it also happens when my sugar level drops. There is no tried and true reason for it, but you need to see your doctor.

Anytime you feel so light-headed or dizzy that you think you may faint or collapse, jump up and land on your feet. It tricks your inner ear, which controls equilibrium, and helps get rid of the feeling for a little while.

If you are getting light headed and dizzy often - you need to make sure you are EATING enough, and drinking enough fluids. Throwing UP should not be a solution - unless you have the flu - you shouldn't throw up to alleviate these symptoms. You might have a blood sugar condition, such as diabetes or hypoglycemia. If you are dizzy often, please see a doctor.
Throwing up will make you MORE tired and dehydrated. please don't make a habit of this.

You can not just get rid of light headiness or dizziness. These are usually symptoms of something else, that could include anything from diabetes, heart disease, UTI or any one of hundreds of problems. I rec commend that you go to your doctor immediately and let him/her check you out. Don't play around with this it could kill you.

You don't. You need to go see a doctor to see what is wrong. It could be attributed to many different things. For instance, are you eating enough ? If you're not, then you will feel those things. Or, if you are eating enough, perhaps you have Hypoglocemia ? There are a ton of things it could be.

Get fresh air. Take vitamins. For quick result, eat some chocolates. Sugar in your body does help, but this won't last long though.
