Yeah, it is getting worse. I recommend for you to see a doctor. You might have a panic attack or something worse one day. I used to feel a state of nothing. My eyes big and bulgy. When I talked it was monitone and staring into space not the person I talked to. It took me 2 more years to come out of it by myself. And I barely made it. I recommend asking someone you trust close to you (mother or father) for help. If they do not know the answer...at lest togather you will find the answer and you will not feel so alone. :)

I agree with everyone else here that you should seek medical opinion. I started to get really depressed after moving to a new town; I didnt know anyone and I wasnt close to any family. I am not a fan of treating every little thing with medication, I think that a lot of time we are medicate things. I had tried exercising, joinging a knitting circle, and talking to family back home on a regualr basis, nothing was helping. The depression got so bad, I finally went and saw a doctor. Boy am I glad I did. For me going to see the docotor wasnt necessarily the easy way out, it was hard for me to admit that I needed help. Now that my body has gotten use to the mediciation, everything is so much better. Now seeing what it was like, I think I was depressed WAY before I even admitted to myself that I was depressed (earlier than me even moving, that just happened to be the last straw). Do a little research on line at webmd.com, and then go and talk to either your doctor or a therapist. They will be able to help you out.

I have found that my close friends and family are the best people to let me know when depression is getter better or worse, just talk to one or two people about your concerns then through regular contact they'll be able to tell you things about yourself that are more difficult for people like you and me to see because of the way depression makes us look at everything including ourselves

a sure sign of deepening depression is asking if your depression is getting worse in a venue like yahoo answers rather than seeking solid medical attention.....

If you feel that you are getting worse is because you are getting worse. Try medications (cymbalta, zyprexa or prozac) with a dr recipe
