Hi, I think Camomile with honey and vanilla is a great tea to help you relax. I have a cup of this if i am stressed or upset and it helps me sleep easily without tossing and turning all night. Hope that helps.

I would say Mate' however you probably wont find it in the states. Its basically made from teh coca leaf and contrary to what you might think it isnt like speed it actually calms your stomach and your mind.
I would try to find it at a South American store, if you have one.

i usually drink some green tea with citrus. or peppermint tea and chamomile tea both are really relaxing and good.
