I've tuned into the radio and searched the web, but I can't find what was happening about 10:00 AM and may still be going on. The cops had the whole area taped off and I saw SWAT members on several roof-tops with rifles at the ready. There were also helicopters above - anybody know what's happening?

There was a big hostage situation a bit further west overnight, which ended this morning. I think it was over by 10:00 am though.
