my brother used to be friends with this guy that i never met before and then one day he just got mad at him. today he came to my house and he asked for my brother and he wasn't here so told him i would call my brother for him. then they talked for a while and my brother told him to come visit where he was. i told the guy how to get there and he asked for my brothers phone # "just incase he got lost" and i didn't think about it and gave it to him. after he left i called my brother and told him i gave it to him and he sounded mad but he didn't get mad at me. so now i feel bad about it.
i knew i shouldn't have opened the door.
:(
is there any way i can make myself feel better about that?

You are not part of any problem that your brother has with this guy.
You did what any normal person would do.
You did nothing wrong....you were courteous and helpful.

It is your brother's problem. That guy had no right coming to your door and putting you in the middle. Next time, don't answer the door and just stay out of it - even if you have to tell the guy you are out of it. Don't feel bad in the meantime - just tell your brother you did what you thought was right and will not get involved in his business in the future. Then move on to the next thing . . .

Some good answers here. I say also forgive yourself, you did nothing wrong. Your brother should look out for you, and I think he will.
