my sons mother is american,she does'nt live with him, he is being raised by her parents. I am no longer with her, since i was refused a visa, i desperately want to be there to see my son grow up. is there any way i can get to live & work there to beable to be with my son? He does'nt know who i am, pretty soon he is going to start asking questions, he's going to think he's been abandoned by his mothewr and father! there must be a way!!!

In order to "visit" the United States, you will need a sponsor (i.e., your son's mother or the grandparents). Unfortunately, unless you have a sponsor, obtaining a Visa into the country will be quite cumbersome. You can look at the link provided below to see even if a student Visa is obtainable. Depending on where you live, restrictions to certain countries, since 911, has made it quite difficult for many to gain entry into the U.S.

A priority is given to those with children that are born here, which will be helpful. There are a number of forms that might be of assistance to your particular case.

Apply for a student visa and go to school there....you will have to have the grades to get in school and a support system to look after yourself while you are in school.....

Unless you move,there's no way.Or ask the grandparents to bring him to see you.
