Today my ex was talking to my friend and he showed her the e-mails I sent him 2months ago and he still hasn't deleted them. All the e-mails are is inviting him to my year book. com. He said that he will delete them 2night but I think he won't. If he didn't delete them 2moths ago when I sent them I don't think he will. He claims he hates me. He brokeup with me. And he said he loves my friend. If he hates me why would he talk about me? And I found out about my e-mails b/c I was sitting right next to him when he told my friend about them. Why would he do that? And why would he keep them if we brokeup 4months ago?

This is a new problem that has shown up within the last couple of years called "holdin on to old emails asideas". The symptoms are keeping old emails for no particular reason other than to make other people wonder why you kept them.

Even though he says he hates you, he may still be a little obsessed with the relationship somehow, the mechanics, demise, whatever.
My ex drives my best friend crazy asking her questions about who I'm dating, why I stopped dating them, etc. etc. He doesn't seem to get the fact that since he didn't bother to care about me when we were dating that he has no right to know anything about my personal life now.
