You all know ashlee simpson right.. well what hairstyle would you call it when she had black hair it was medium-ish and it was edgy and layered, does anyone know how to describe this hairstyle to a hairdresser? please help i've wanted a hair change for monthes =)

I'm going to agree with everyone when they say take a picture...also go to a younger hairdresser so when you tell them Ashlee Simpson they will know what you are talking about because sometimes pictures don't do justice.

I would bring a picture of ashley simpson(when she still has than hairstyle) and tell the hairdresser to cut my hair like that! =D

A picture speaks a thousand words, but I believe the term you are looking for is a layered razor cut.

well just PRINT the picture out and show it to the styler. Don't waste your time explaining anything to hair stylists cause then they can easily screw it up. GET a picture, it's the safest option/
