Just go to www.google.com and in their search box type in 'file manager' and it will take you to page after page of programs that can help you and most are free to the public. Larry RadioShack

I'll assume you're using Firefox. Click on Tools, then add-ons. Look for the two add-ons you mentioned. Click on them and click the disable button. You'll have to restart Firefox for the changes to take effect.
