Hey there!
Well...I can only speak from my own view on this one. I think since the great age of implants came around, that women in society kind of think that "bigger is better", and that the 'popular demand' is for high and full!
For those of us (like myself) without a real big bustline...I guess some think (unlike myself) that something that gives the illusion of a fuller breast and more clevage will be considered more attractive. The only other reason I can think of for more "mature" women not going braless...or, at least wearing the thin material type bra's that allow the "natural reactions" to remain visable...well, it might have something to do with what is no longer considered acceptable or appropriate in society (you know...the old 'high beam' advertisement LOL)...and, it also may have to do with some of those "mature women" no longer having the youthful perkiness they used to. As for me...I don't do the false advertisement deal and I'm totally secure with what I have...so, on or off...high beams or not...I am what I am!
;)

properly, i do no longer be responsive to approximately "mature" women... that's merely gross. It makes me photograph an previous lady w/o a bra... EW. yet i do no longer understand why it is so incorrect for youthful human beings (childrens or 20's) to no longer placed on a bra... i advise, while i became in Ukraine (europe) no one CARED in case you have been donning a bra or no longer, yet right here in case you do no longer you're regarded at with disgust.

Smart women tend to be selective about WHOSE attention they want to attract. Going braless might attract those whose attention they want, but it will attract all the wrong element as well.

Perhaps because we are women! Not a side show at the circus. We have lives other than being the entertainment for men like you.
Peace.

Gee...because once we mature we realize:
1. Men will stare at virtually ANYTHING, and we really like to believe we're special.
2. The whole idea of strangers oogling is really not nearly as attractive as we once thought.
3. Perhaps the effects of gravity hasn't become apparent to YOU, but we're well aware of it...and would like what we have to not wind up around our navels.

Because they are afraid of pervs, no offence to you. Plus now most people are rather overweight but in the 60's and 70's people had nice physiques (both sexes) so now they have to be selective as to who is looking at their sweater meat.

The word is "Fashion". And as a "mature" woman myself, I can tell you that what looked good 30 years ago doesn't look that great today. I need all the support I can get.
