I have a mailing list that my boss and the Long Beach Art Museum is trying to sale, they had me update it, all done. The buyer (my other boss at an local art gallery) came in to my jewelry shop today & told me that he will not be buying it if he can not print it out on labels (Im sorry I dont know computer talk). Everyone I work for is either "older" or drunk so if I cant print them out they are going to be mad at me and think I did my job wrong when they should have had me do the mailing list in QuickBooks or something... I didnt know, Im so freaked. Its a huge list, is there anyway without having to redo the whole list?

Yes, there is. But it would take a long time to answer. Look on the web for mailing lists in Microsoft Word. It's really easy and you can name the Excel spreadsheet as the data source. Then you simply put what you want at each part of the address and it pulls from that Excel spreadsheet.

Excel would not have something for turning out to be labels, yet in be conscious you are able to visit equipment > Letters and Mailings > Labels > new label. From right here, you are able to set the top and width to 4 inches and supply your custom label a attractiveness. you are able to now enter the ideas into Excel and carry out the mail merge in be conscious--your ideas would be revealed on your custom labels.
