A few weeks ago I had a dream about a male deity, and it seemed very personal and quite comforting. I wont go into details, as I know that if it does mean something, it should be kept secret.
I was curious if anyone has ever been 'contacted' via dreams by their Gods/essess.

Thanks Claire O, I suppose it is possible, but last night, I had another one of him feeding me grapes! A friend said that grapes often mean over indulgence, especially when it comes to money, and to be honest, I can be a bit spend thrift!

RuneAmok - Snakes... definately a penis issue I think!
ED SNOW - I suppose it is a matter of persective, and Bacchus is not the deity I was referring to. In the second dream, the God may not have been important, but more the grapes themselves, being symbols of indulgence, and that I do over indulge with money I never have!
Hayden Life - Definately a point worth considering, although whether this deity has children has yet to be shown to me, or researched on the net. I know the dreams may simply be my fertile imagingation, maybe I will never know. But it is nice to think that they are trying to communicate in some way, however inoccuous.

Claire O - That's a good point! I could do with the cash! And if he is helping me, wonderful!

The strange thing, was that he was letting me eat half the grape, then eating the rest of it, and I wasn't allowed to touch them. Maybe he was telling me to save some, spend some...

Thank you tuisson! I hope I have a strong relationship with the deity in question. I've been told not to mention who it is as it is supposed to be a personal thing between us. I have been told the same thing of Native American animal spirit guides, although I'm not sure I have one of those.

justmebev - Please don't apologise and then preach to me about how I am worshipping Satan. "The One True God" is your God, not mine. I do not believe in him, I believe in mine and my Goddess. I do not need yours or your God's blessings, I have enough of my own. I was asking for opinions of people having dreams about deities, I wasn't asking for a sermon.
