I have had them for 20 minutes now! It is driving me crazy! Help please

Half a teaspoon of sugar mixed in half a cup of water. Drink as much as you can without taking a breath. Works everytime.

Take a cup of water, put a paper towel over the top, bend over forward like you are going to touch your toes and drink the water from the opposite side of the cup that you would normaly drink from by tipping the glass forward away from you, for some reason this seems to be the only thing that works for me.

Take 20 small sips of water or something without breathing in too much. It works like a charm.

1. hold your breath as long as u can
2. drink water
3. if that doesn't work try both together
4. or ask your friend to scare u wen ur not expecting it by blowing a up paper bag and bursting it.
