Almost any kind of exercise will make your heart beat faster. Running and jogging definitely so, and perhaps more than situps. The problem with these two is that they are a bit harder on the knees. Bicycling is excellent and low impact on the body. Cross-country skiing has been posed as perhaps the best aerobic exercise there is, and that's the theory behind the Nordic Track (sp?) machines.

each one keeps your heart beat up so you could just do one of those each day you don't really have to do it all at once.. and OH yea 20 mins everyday doing any of those would help you lose weight better.
