I can go to Kentucky and adopt this little guy even if I live in another state. He is sooooo cute!

Mostly, the shelters don't want to ship the animals. It's stressful, especially for cats.
If you want to go get him, they probably won't have a problem with that. Call them and ask, just to be sure before you get all the way there.
Consider that there are plenty of so cute kittens dying in a shelter near you. Seriously, you can get one just like him and save the transportation money.
But, it's up to you.

I think you can. I adaopted my minnie pin form New Jersey and I live in Florida. HE loves it down here. Call and find out but don't give your real information just in case. If you know some one who lives in the state you want to adopted him in have them adapoted it for you.

Oh my gosh, that is the cutest kitty! If you're willing to go to Kentucky and pick him up, I don't see why you can't. I'm sure the shelter wouldn't ship, though. Act fast, he's going to go quickly!

Yes and he is so cute. You can also get him air mailed to where you live. Try looking arouned for prices. Dont worry they will make sure he is ok.

You have to check with the place that has it first, then get a clean bill of health from a Vet there where it is.
