You got your nose pierced, so you can't be that worried about it. Plus, you said you like the feeling about it, so it isn't the pain of the needle. I think most people's fear with needles doesn't relate to piercings and tattoos, rather having something injected or taken from their blood stream. Tattoos and piercings are skin deep.
Plus you don't have to look at the needle either, the pain is done and over with very quickly and a good piercer can set anyone's mind at ease for piercings. You'll be fine, just have a friend go with you and relax. The nose piercing is something you should think about to remind you that you can handle it.

I've had both my eyebrow and lip pierced. the eyebrow was not that bad he put numbing cream on it first. but the lip was was worse. they have to Peirce from the inside of your lip. one way to distract yourself from the main is concentrate on some thing in the room, anything, the holes in the ceiling, your friends purse.
get the eyebrow done first. then decide about the lip.
I would rather deal with the pain of getting a piercing than broken glass in my feet

I examine a e book through sebastian faulkes referred to as human lines a particular about the starting up of psychiatry. the unique pioneers concept that there develop into some thing contained in the technique of humanising and getting enlarged brains that meant some people were paying heavily for the self awareness- i imagine the phobia of worry has no functionality, and their rationalization the most glaring I extremely have heard basically an evolutionary blip like dodo's. once you concentrate on that a million in 4 people at anybody time has a psychological sickness - no longer being waiting to address our personal minds -then we would look incredibly a mistake

Fear can be defeated if you confront and embrace the fear. Normally, fear is merely a lack of knowledge. Learn all you can about whatever it is, this will reduce the effectiveness of the fear.
All that other stuff you've mentioned will cause more pain than the needle. It's just in your head. Maybe you've heard too many stories about "dirty aids infected needle users"

Well, how did you get over the fear when you got your nose peirced? Use that same technique. And make sure you are going to a good clean place so that you will have less anxiety.

So you are going to get pierced just for the rush?
That's a bit stupid. Find another hobby.
The rush comes because of the pain so there's not much you can do.

Every piercing you receive increases your chance of infection. Furthermore, if you plan on working in the corporate world, regardless of sector, piercings will be more of a hinderance to you. Even years after they are removed, the rings and studs will leave scars that will stay, unless taken care of by cosmetic surgery.
You might want to reconsider getting your lip and brow pierced.
