Most of the stuff you see on T. V about acne and having perfect skin is not true. If it prevents you from getting pimples and acne then EVERYONE will start buying it. What you want to look for in a product is if it lets you "have fewer breakouts". Don't buy all that stuff like clearasil or any of that crap. They just clog up your pores. Just get sunblock that doesn't nurture acne. Get a prescription for a benozyl peroxide gel product called Benza Clin . It helps. But for like most prescribed products , you need to give it a bout 1-2 months worth to see if it works. Best wishes.

I had some scars on my face (due to contact with windshield) and over the years used many things. I like a scrub (like St. Ives Apricot) the tube kind with small grains in it It is inexpensive and can even be found at WalMart for around three bucks. I use several types of lotions/creams with alpha hydroxy acids, retinol, or the vitamin c serum...DON'T try to do it overnight. It takes time and work. Hurrying will just give you a pink, sore face! Best wishes!

I really had them bad and was all scarred up. I stopped using a washcloth and was very gentle with my skin.
I used Noxema, it worked for me, I still do use it and you would never know I even had a blemish. I also had chicken pox scars from chicken pox at 17.
So I would recommend you are gentle with your skin and moisture it with anything that doesn't aggreveate that condition.
you know people tell me all the time (years later) what beautiful skin I have. So take heart!

If the marks are on your face you need to use a face cleanser or wash that contains Glycolic Acid. It will take a while, but the blemishes will disapear in a couple of months.

Vitamin E oil minimizes scars on the skin. It will not completely get rid of scars but decreases the coloration. You can find it at most drug stores.

See a Dermatologist. He may prescribe "Dermabrasion" as well as other treatments. But please don't prescribe yourself or listen to others prescribe treatments for you.
