Whats wrong with my Audio System?? busy with another program?

Strange, every time i click on the call voice(yahoo messenger adress bar) i get this message: your audio :, speakers and microphone are used by another program. and it also says i should close the program. I dont see another brogram running beside yahoo messenger. what is you answer to solve this .

Go into your task manager. What OS are you running? If you are running win 2000 or above, right click the taskbar and choose task manager, or ctrl+alt+del. Then when that opens, go to the processes tab. On there is a list of programs that are running. Look for programs like wmplayer and other programs that may be using your audio card. Choose end process.
