Hair spray and baby powder. That is how we would do it in the theater. The colored sprays for halloween can leave your hair slightly damaged (from my experience), but it is a cheap and easy way to do it.

Just spray your hair with hair spray and then sprinkle the baby powder evenly through hair. The hair spray works as a bonding agent and will help you to not leave traces of powder everywhere you go. Also remember to do this before you put on your costume.

If you are trying to look older and not turn it all white, the best way is baby powder. It is easy to get out and easy to do.

Nicely I'm a boy but I consider on us boys, short hair is actually always better. Long hair doesn't ALWAYS show a sign of dominance. A person see most other guys with lengthy hair that doesn't look like they will can fight. For example there is a boy in my school together with very long blonde hair.

there is spray on dye at walmart for like $1.49. they have it in a bunch of colors including white. it washes out with water.
