It could be a myriad of things...
*Anemia
*Depression
*Thryoid
*Sleeping disorders
Do you consume a lot of stuff with caffeine? You may want to adjust your diet and sleep patterns to see if you notice a difference. Caffeine can mess with your sleep pattern and make you tired in the day and restless at night, at least from my experience (of drinking one too many coffees and colas at once).
Go to your dr. and get blood work done. There may be an underlying cause that a physician can treat.

It could be one of two suggestion. The first being thyroid, which you can get blood tests done by your doctor. The second is chronic fatigue syndrome. The last one, there is no cure. Thyroid can be treated with pills. By all means, check these out with your doctor. Good Luck and good health.
