Stay away from this diet! you need a balanced diet! The trick to losing weight is simple: Cut out sugars! Drink at least a gallon of water a day, and do cardio....ANY cardio (walking, tennis, jogging, swimming, etc...). If you switch to a sugar-free diet and increase your water intake...you WILL see results within the first two weeks!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

If you are looking at it as a lifestyle change, not as a "diet", and if you follow the plan as written and not what the media and ignorant people THINK it is, then yes it is very worth it. You will lose weight and feel better and you'll be eating healthier.

No - especially after pregnancy. Your body needs to keep somewhat of the same diet while you were pregnant if you are using breast milk. You can decrease your calorie intake some, but do not cut out carbs all together. I would recommend exercise - like walking and you can push the stroller while you go.

Are you at a healthful weight or are you chubby? Are you experiencing morning health problem that's making it difficult to consume? Normally talking you should not be wasting weight at the same time pregnant however elements like morning health problem and pre-being pregnant weight could make a change. Your surgeon or midwife could have the great reply.

No, it's dangerous, actually. It's really not healthy.

Just make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.

hi,
you know what helped me tremendously is the fat smash diet...it's not a fad diet, though it sounds like it...it's from the celebrity fit club guy...in a nutshell, you are vegetarian for 9 days (along his guidlines)except no potatoes or avocado...dropped 10 lbs the first 9 days...eventually you bring meat and things slowly in after detox(first 9 days) they say it's not safe to lose more than 2 lbs a week, but you are excercising 30 mins a day,and you get protein from beans or tofu,so your giving your body what it needs, just avoiding the fat,you still get milk and yogurt and oatmeal, only healthy fats, brown rice...the reason I liked it was because I was never hungry versus other diets...it sucks to give up meat for 9 days but I'd rather do that than be hungry all day...
