i'm like this now. try meditation. holisticonline.com has stuff for it. use your artistic senses to relesae the pain. try music or art. try walking. be a volunteer. helping some one is pretty fulfilling. try being into your self spiritually. try praying or reading an inspirational book. beliefnet.com has great prayers. try 1800 lifenet for advice.

I just thank God I'm alive today with this bipolar ( for my kids) & thank him for every day & for all the wonderful new medications that are out there for us today! My Grandpa had to suffer on the thorazine (shuffle!!) Oh, I remember that tortured look on his face so well!

Take a yoga class immediately.
Take a dance class if you can.
Learn to breathe correctly.
Take responsibility for yourself, your life, your feelings and needs.
Angry is usually blaming others for things that are really your problem.

You need professional help. Anger comes from fear. You are either afraid of losing something that you have, or afraid of not getting something that you want. When you figure out (through therapy) what it is, you can fix it.

sounds like myself, I give and give to the point i getting taken advantage of and this cause me to get mad, try not to be so giving and let people ask for what they need, hope this helped
