here is an example...You own a home and a stranger comes in the back door and says i own part of this house You must provide and pay for health care and schools for my kids while I stay here and do whatever it is i want. I Demand that you agree to this because I just want a better life for myslef and my kids. So i'm going to stay in your house because my house is a mess and yours is better. If you don't agree, too bad I'll just gather other stangers around your house and protest that you let me stay in your house.

It's ironic that you used the "You own a home and a stranger comes in the back door and says i own part of this house" scenario because isn't that exactly what Christopher Columbus did? He arrived in America by mistake (thought he was in India) and basically stole the land from the Native Americans via any means necessary. So who are we, today to deny any immigrants the right to the American Dream.

It's funny that we stop the Mexicans from entering the country via Texas, California, New Mexico and Arizona. That all belonged to the Mexican before it was stolen so look who's talking!!!!

Americans are so arrogant at times!!!!

First, because they are human, and human nature pursues what is good for that individual and their clan. The argument that this used to be their territory is groundless. The area 'belonged' to the native tribes, who took it from previous tribes. Also, have you ever looked at how people live in some of the countries of origin??? Most pets have better lives. I do agree that their health care is bankrupting our hospital emergency rooms and educating their children is expensive and flooding our schoolrooms. When my Oklahoma Territory (1900-1906) born uncles were little, school consisted of going thru' the second to fourth grade. They learned to read, write and 'figure' (simple math). That is how much things have changed in a hundred years. Perhaps, in a perfect world, this will all be just so much silly history. But we are not there yet. Hopefully a serious answer to this will be in the near future.

They obviously deserve emergency well being care and public schooling like everybody else. But they by no means had been eligible for welfare nor unemployment, in view that either one of the ones are tied to 1's Social Security quantity. Illegals can not get a Social Security quantity. Plus, you are making it appear as though each unlawful immigrant is a crook. Many of them had been introduced right here as toddlers, so that they most likely had no option within the subject. And it is patently unfair to deport any one to a nation they have got no reminiscence of, considering that of any one else's movements.

First off, I mostly agree with you. Although I do think you oversimplified. But some of them argue that they have rights to the USA because we did forcibly take the southwest from Mexico in war and made it the US.

Some still think the Mex. Amer. war is not over. They haven't realized wrong or not the war is over. In all wars there are winners and losers. They make up for it the way they treat Americans down there, if an American breaks the law.

The GENEVA CONVENTION says that even prisoners have rights. It's also because illegal immigrants are the force that drives our agricultural economy. farmers can barely afford to pay them. Imagine if they had to pay a bunch of fatcats like you and me minimum wage. We'd all starve do tue the high cost of food.

What makes you think the U.S.A has any rights in IRAQ? I would seriously like an answer to this knowing that you wrote asked such a question. Not only do we not belong in Iraq, BUT THE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT US THERE. Funny you dare to even ask this pathetic question.

Why people they are using/exploiting them think that illegal immigrants have no rights? And let not generalize taking only one case into consideration.

My guess is that it's related to a genetic mutation.

I might be willing to let the ones that are here now stay, but only if they undergo voluntary sterilization.

Very good question! We all know it's foolish for them to believe they have rights in this country (since they ARE here illegally) but to them, this is THEIR land. They were here first, and it was stolen from them. Take a look at this video and you'll see what I mean.
