PLEASE take her immediately to the VET.
The list is large, although most common is garbage gut. Your pet consumes something he shouldn’t resulting in vomiting. Other causes include medications ( ie Aspirin), parasites, food allergies, liver or kidney disease, pancreatitis, cancer, infectious causes ( ie parvovirus), metabolic disorders ( thyroid disease, diabetes), physical obstructions ( ie a ball) and primary motility disorders ( the stomach doesn’t contract normally).
ASSESS SEVERITY. If your pet is vomiting persistently and unable to retain even water, then wait no longer than 24 hours before seeing your veterinarian. This indicates a severe problem such as an obstruction that needs to be treated with IV fluids and possibly surgery. IF your pet is still drinking and only intermittent vomiting, then you can try some of the home remedies.

Why are you asking aome anonymoous group of people online???? How would they know? You need a TPR and a physical exam and maybe blood work.
You can't even take a temperature. "Feels a little warm"...really, how many degrees warm??!!
Vomiting is a symptom of about 35-40 different medical problems at least.
Duh....the dog is ill - seems quite ill, and HAS serious medical problems. This is not the animal with shich to play "you get 40 guesses as to what is wrong with my dog.."
GET OFF THE IDIOTIC COMPUTER AND TAKE HER TO THE VET FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you need to get her to the vet ASAP!!!! cause of her past medical issues,, she may have been poisoned or she could have gotten parvo from another dog if she is an outside dog or if you take her for a walk or just letting her go out side to go to potty she could have gotten parvo,, the signs of parvo is a fever, vomiting, and diarahha, getting vacsinated doesnt all ways keep a dog from getting parvo.. I really hope this helps and hope your dog is ok

Hon, no one on here is a vet. No one on here can examine your pet even if we were vets. As a pet owner, it is your duty to provide health care for an animal totally dependent on you. Take your dog to the vet, hon. (P.S. Dogs don't have strokes in their spines, any more than people do. Take your dog to the vet.....)

I don't know but take her to the vet immediately, being warm to the touch is NOT a good sign.

You definately need to take her to the vet. She may have some kind of worm like heartworms, but if you treat her monthly then she shouldn't have that. She could have an intestinal parasite.
