i sometimes exercise but i never have a limit to how much push ups, sit ups, etc. to do. So just make a list of things to do. And reminder dont make it an adult exercise, im a teenager and im not obese i just need to exercise for the muscles.

You could do 3 days a week of excercise

start with stretching, the legs, do at least 100 crunches..stretch some more..maybe do this to warm up about 10 to 15 mintues..then get on the tread mill for 1/2 hour. do this 3 days a week..so i say 45 mintues? 3 days a week and then when u feel u can do more..increase it the next week.

Everybody can benefit from cardiovascular exercise, even if you aren't overweight, so there's nothing wrong with doing a little walking, biking, swimming, etc. These exercises can tone your muscles too. This kind of exercise will keep your heart healthy and keep you generally feeling good.

As for the muscles, perhaps you would benefit from a weightlifting class or some kind of similar class. They can teach you how to lift weights safely and make good choices. I bet they offer some sort of exercise class at your high school.

do what your body can handle without being to sore then work your way up. Start with cardio first then hit the weights and get with someone with some experience that can put you on a program
