I had to buy this dress for a wedding in August. I don't want it. Anyone know a good site or store where I can sell it for some cash?

www.ibidfree.com
auctions.yahoo.com
www.ebay.com
auctions.overstock.com

These are a few auction site that I found, I'm sure that there are more. Also look into used clothing stores in your area. There is one where I live (they deal mainly in children's clothes) but they will take the clothes that you have to sell and sell them for you and then they take a percentage of what they get and give you the rest. You probably won't get what you paid for it, but something is better then nothing.

Hi, just one idea to add, no matter where you sell it, advertise it as a "prom dress" if you think the style might fly. Might be more interest, as listing it as a bridesmaid's dress might not draw as large of a crowd.

I advertised my bridesmaids dress as a prom dress because it was a funky young style I throught might appeal to prom gowers, and it was viewed alot more that way than when I originally listed it as a bridesmaids dress.

It's almost Halloween, hold a yard sale! I'm sure people are looking for costumes. Otherwise churches usually have consignment stores. Try craigslist though, same thing, someone may be looking for a costume on the quick!
