Agreed. Lets go one step further and put a mote in front so they get wet before they reach the fence.

That would be too expensive to power and repair. There'd be dead birds and rodents all along the fence too.

Good idea. Like 2,000,000 volts. Then the poor people could harvest the dead wildlife for food.A 2 purpose fence.More bang for the tax $$$'s

Why don't you draw a red line between the boarder. And any one that crosses this line. would be shot. I think during the cowboy days this is what they did. What a morbid mine you have. As to answer your question? HELL NO.........................
