Time and distraction. Tiem heals and to help pass the time find a distraction. A hobby or find new friends outside of your current circle to get away from your Ex's circle.

the only thing i can tell you is that you have to find new hobbies. When i had my heart broken by my first true love I was devestated, but i learned that sitting in the house crying all the time wasn't helping the situation and it certainly wasn't making me look more attractive lol. So I just started hanging out with friends more and going to the mall, movies, parties, and got involved in community softball. And before I knew it I was smiling again and I got over ol' whats his face :)

You can't jus mend a broken heart, i wish there was a pill or something for it but there isn't, so you just have to give it time, don't dwell on it, surround yourself with friends, always try to keep busy, try not to make any contact watsoever with ur ex, give yourself time to heal, and remember theres always plenty more fish in the sea, you'll find ur nemo (lol),promise

You don't. Each experience is differernt but damaging.
I usually just glue it back together the best I can, Sweep up the dust crums in to a baggie, toss those into my bitter emotion pile and carry on.
Its tough..but its a mental and emotional trama and it doesn't heal fully just enough to go on.
Its an experience..what did you learn from it? What would you do different? How did it make you stronger? How did it make you more volunerable? Make a list and find out about who you are and how you can make simple changes to strengthen yourself up for the next relationship. Relationships don't get easier unless you get smarter.

Time heals all wounds.... but then again.... time can also wound all heals!
The best thing to do is stop thinking about it and try to move on. The sooner you do the better off you will be. Take it from me- when my last four girlfriends left me (well, one was run over by a car) I swore I'd chew off my left front paw before getting involved with another female feline!
Good luck and try to have a better day!

Time, love, and prayer.
By love, I mean spiritual love. Love yourself, don't pity yourself but be strong. BE determined to live and heal, to move on with life.
