Just don't let it bother you. Try doing something new, take a vacation if you can - even if it's just to a local hotel for a couple nights. Go out, get drunk, laugh it up, make new friends. Write down everything about your ex that sucked and then you will see that breaking up was really a good thing. Rethink what you want out of life, it may be different without someone influencing all your decisions. Get a pet. Honey, I've been through a million break-ups and trust me, getting on with your life is the best therapy and revenge there is!

A whole lot of time, praying, and finding productive things that makes you happy, especially vigorous exercising(this will alleviate the stress and anxiety).
Writing and keeping a journal so you can see how well you are progressing and when your broken heart is mended you can look back at your journal and laugh... good luck.

Go out and have fun with the girls...it will temporarily relieve your mind of the pain. It just takes time and good friends to be by your side. If it doesn't kill, then it will make your stronger and ready for something even better. The deeper your sorrow, the greater your joy shall be! You are allowing yourself an even greater experience of being loved more and better than before. Hang in there!

You have to start by talking with someone with the same experience as what you are going through. After that spending time with someone without falling for them on a rebound will certainly heal a broken heart.|Go places with a new friend and keep it as just that Friends. At least for a while!

Your heart is not broken unless your lover has died. If they have just left you. then you were never in love to begin with.
