I am serious much of the time but I laugh whenever life allows and much of that laughing is done at myself. I smile often and try to be positive regardless of life. I am a husband, father, man, writer, spiritual person, psychologist, photographer, runner, caring, loving, sensitive person. My wife is Muslim, I am Christian--we are both more spiritual than religious--no, not religious at all, but Catholic is my background, and a little part of me is Jewish. Wow. I see myself as a good person and believe that if there is a god, she or he loves me because I belong to him or her. Jesus confuses me, but I know you love Him. I respect your beliefs. Religion scares me for several reasons: my parents lied to me growing up about my father's religion; I see organized religion as a vehicle of hatred amongst people, much like geography; and it separates us as humans. I believe, as the father of American Psychiatry, Harry Stack Sullivan (a Catholic) that "We are all more or less human." He was describing the human condition and what makes even the schizophrenic understandable due to his similarity to all men in that a frightening hallucination would be frightening to a normal person if it were not an hallucination. I am serious much of the time, but wrote a funny novel and working on my second, which I hope to finish on November 30th. I have a good sense of comedy/humor and use of words. My dad was a published poet and I miss him so much that I still sometimes cry. My elder sister, Ellen, died of breast cancer at the age of 46 in 1990. I cry for her too. But I love life, children, people, the idea of God, writing, reading, ropin' and ridin' and I love Kulfi, an Indian ice cream. I find gentle people to be the most important people for our future. I am a Clinical Director and work with women with substance abuse problems--I think I walk somewhat in Ellen's shoes as she was a psychiatric nurse in the same field

I suck at these questions. I put something down, then I hear or read other answers, and realize that I've COMPLETELY missed a key element because I'm focusing on my mood at the time.
That's who I am. lol
Ok, I'll take a stab at it. I'm a Libra. Anyone who knows the description of a Libra will have a pretty good idea of what I'm like. I'm also the exact opposite of myself sometimes.

I am a mature aged woman, single mother. I am a die hard liberal commie democrat. I love to laugh and have fun but my personaity is basically intense. I love to talk with people and I can talk to anyone. I love music, music, and music. I am a crusader and have been one all my life. I have been alone for many years and I would like to find a good man to be my friend and my lover.

I am very simple in attire -love good jeans and cardigan sweaters-and I would really love a pair of rocket dog shoes! I love humor, working out, reading my bible and going to bible study. I love having biblical discussions- and spending time with friends and family. I am sporty. And I love barbecue! Oh and I too like poetry~ I used to write it all the time....

Debra M, I am a hueman being,spirit, a being of light, made in the image and likeness of God. my purpose is being. I am unconditional love. It could be said we are all very sophisticated holographs of GOD and in the end we will merge back from whence we came.
