Yep. Probably. but with all the inventors in the world someone would invent something to deflect the rain. Then it would be one of those necessities like remembering your keys or Id or rain deflector (aka mini umbrella). lol Now that would give a new look to the human population!! ha ha ha. How would you wear glasses then. We would have to rethink alot of things.
