Depends on how hard you are working out! You're body needs at least one day to recuperate! Otherwise, unless you are power-lifting every day and maxing out.....go for it. Alternate the days you work on certain body parts! I do chest on mondays, arms on tuesdays, back on wednesdays, shoulders on thursdays, and legs on fridays....saturday and sunday off...or strictly cardio! Or you can even do upper body on Mon, Wed, Fri...and Lower body on Tues, and Thurs. Just don't work out the same body parts on consecutive days!

A day of rest does the body good. Your body needs time to heel and build up energy. You could just make one day less intense. Also, it's best not to work muscle groups one day after the other so that your muscles can repair to grow. Alternate your strength training days, but you should be able to do cardio everyday and like I said before just make one day a light cardio day.

This seem is truly consumer-friendly and could flatter absolutely everyone`s useful factors. placed white shimmer eyeshadow below the eyebrow, interior the interior corners of the eyes, and on the authentic of the cheekbones. this might today awaken the face and make you seem greater properly rested. After this prepare brown eyeliner on the authentic and backside and smudge with a Q-tip for a gentle and organic result. Curl lashes, prepare 2 coats of mascara. next, gently dirt blush on the cheeks and brush on a gentle crimson blush. attempt it out, you`ll like it. wish I helped! additionally, in case you opt for upload a easy crimson lipgloss or a sparkling gloss.

you can work different body parts but you should atleast take a day or two off. Your muscles stretch and tear when you work it and it needs time to heal so i can grow and stabilize. If you dont rest you wont see much results

No, not with weights. Your body needs a day between weight workouts to recoup. You CAN do some other form of exercise on the day between weight-lifting though and this is okay.
