okay so my computer brings up this prompt "windows cannot load your profile because it might be corrupted", and it logs me on to a temporary profile...... i've found all of my files, they're still there, but how do get everything back to normal? once i found all my files, i sent them to my desktop, but once i restart my computer, its all messed up again.............what do i need to do to fix this so its back to normal??? thanks! : )

Delete profile after you backup files in my docs ---make a copy and move to the desktop... scan your system afterwards with virus and anti-spyware programs to catch any bad guys.

You could try 3 things.
1. Start in safe mode make a new profile and delete the old profile thats corrupt.
2. Put sll the files you want too save on a disk.
3. Do a system recovery and send it back too its original state.

if ur administrator delete all the profiles and start over ..
