My male cousin called me to take a urine test for him. He smoked some weed, I don't. Isn't there a way for the drug testing facility to know that the urine came from a woman as opposed to a man?

Of course there is, because in the female urine there are hidrosoluble metabolites of the 17OH steorids, called 17 OH striol and 17OH progesterone,actually thats the way how MD's evaluate the hormonal performance of the women

They won't be testing for that. But, when you walk in to the testing facility, they will see that you are a female. A driver's license or some type of picture ID is required. If he is allowed in the bathroom alone, I guess he could take in some of your urine in a sandwich bag. He would need to keep it close to his body to keep it warm because they test the temperature when it is brought out. It would also need to be fresh because they can tell if it's old urine. It would be best if he could find a male friend that looks somewhat like him.

they can tell and you'd be stupid to do it for him. if he doesn't want to get caught, then he shouldn't be smoking it.
