If you want to get as close to perfect as you can get, put it in your mind that starting tomorrow, you will live a healthier lifestyle:

1) Eat Right : Incorporate more fruits and vegetables in your diet, try cutting down or even eliminating fast food and any foods that contain too much oil, grease, or chemical products.. Don't deprive yourself, eat until you get full, but eat the right foods.. Try chewing your food really well, so that it gets properly digested.. One thing that always worked for me is having a very satisfying breakfast (dont worry about eating too much during that meal, because if you engage in physical activities, it will all get burned throughout the day.. Dont skip any meals.. You will aned up being hungry at the end of the day... and lastly, try to have your last meal about 3 hours before you go to bed..

2) Exercise and become more active : if you want a perfect body, you're gonna have to work really hard for it.. Try to exercice at least one hour a day (= 7 a week).. start out with some basic stretching, and then hit the gym for some treadmill running, and try lifting some weights.. however, weights can be dangerous if you are not experienced with them and have never used them before.. Always make sure a gym instructor is present while your are working out, so tha he can give you suggestions and help you get a good body...

Remember : you can do anything you set your mind to.. all you have to do is believe you can succeed...

First you have to define what "perfect" means to you and then realize, that nothing is perfect but you can come darn close

Exercise - at leat 3 - 4 times a week
Eat Nutritionally dense foods in amounts appropriate for body and your goals

You need to be a little bit more specific

No Such thing as perfect but A Great body works too.

Checking out becoming a very heatlhy eater, Gallon of water a day, hit the gym, get a tan, see a nutrionist, a dentist, cosmetic surgery, sky's the limit..

Its about how you feel about yourself. .Make a list of what you want to change or improve and do it.

perfection is not possible. it depends on ur body type and metabolism and a lot is in genetics. but if u want to be happier with ur body go to the gym and work out and try ur heardest. eat fruits and grains and a diet low in fat. good luck
