I know that there are the traditional bench press and flyes to do it but are there any others? If there are which ones specifically target lower pects?

Lower pecs would be a decline bench press. One with the bench going down from the bar. Incline Press works the upper pecs.

The best thing for lower pecs is a decline bench press. If you go to a gym, they should have one, if you can't find it ask. It looks like a regular bench press, with the exception that the bench is angles downward at the head area. This is probably the best way. I think you can do it too with cables and standing up. When you bring your hands together don't go straight out, but rather down towards the floor.

yeah bench is probally the most common response..some others are: uneven pushups(place one hand 6 inches higher than the other and swicth--use a phone book),incline or decline flyes,chest press machine..check out bodubuilding.com

besides bench press, high cable crossovers and dips are good for the lower pecs.

My dad taught me to hold my hands together (palms together as in a clasp) just above your solar plexus, then just apply pressure (push) while moving them slowly forward, then back again to your starting position. Another variation is move your clasped hands sideways from one side to the other.

Don't forget to do this with the proper breathing... Inhale before you start your motion, exhaling as your hands reach their destination.

Yes, there are jumping jacks {45} there are pushups {20} also there toe touches where you try to reach your toes

Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, curls, and crunches.
