I have VLC, Real Player, Windows Media Player and Winamp. Are there another good media players?

Musicmatch and iTunes media players. The downside is that they might not play all types of media files. If you are using Linux, then check out Xine, Totem, and Amarok. These players are the best and they're free to download. In addition, VLC seems to work best with Linux. VLC was developed for Linux originally.

The only good one is windows media player considering the others are infected with adware!

You already have VLC, and that is excellent. Other ones worth looking at are Amarok and Xine, but these do not run on Windows.

Windows media is the easiest to use, tunes is ok tried a few but go back to windows every time

I have those to but Windows Media has a new one beta 11 and it rocks!!!!.It allows your to drag & drop for play list automatlic puts the codecs in for movies, Check it out

ITunes, is the best that i know of. it is very handy and plays most media files. it doesn't play some windows designed ones but thats what windows media player is for. download it here http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Personally I like Musicmatch. Get from www.musicmatch.com
It does however depend what you want it for. Music match is a very good player for mp3 files and cd's. It is also very good for ripping cd's to mp3's or wav files to mp3's. It also handles wma files.

Limewire is a free downloadable programme and it is free to download songs and other stuff, but you can't download all songs as you would have to pay for Limewire Pro to get the full benefits.
