Get them a craft to do. Get some ceramic bowls or cups from the store (they're like 50 cents a piece) and some paint and have them paint them. Paints are like $2 and then you'll need to buy some spray that seals the paint on which is about $2 a can. Cheap craft and kids love making things they can use later on :-)

Heyy! My brother is 7 and he has alot of friends that are girls, what the love to do is....Dress up, get out some of your old clothes! She will love to be a princess or a fairy, even a singer!! Maybe if the parents allow, let her put on makeup, or maybe they could do your hair!!! Dont give them too much attention though, let them be thereselves!! I just got back from party of 6, 7, and 8 year olds! 4 girls and 2 boyys, they decorated halloween cookiez and ate em' mayyb they could do that for a snack!!!! They also like 2 makeup games and dance! They are the best, but here is a list of someother things!
1.If her parents allow go out to chuckie chesse, or a fun place for diner and a activity!
2.Pop in a movie, turn off the lights make it like a movie theater. Give the girls popcorn (make sure the girls parents agree on the movie)
3. Let them do a talent show, a play, or a circus, watch and tell them what a good job they are doing!
4.Bake (just check with the parents)
5.Color, draw, play-doh, Kids love crafts!
6.Let them play out side if the weather is nice, they cann play tag, and other outside games, if u have a swing set or trampiline they can do that, make sure you watch them
7. They can be study buddies, play school and help them with there homeowrk, be silly and funn!
8. take out board games, Computer games, and video games, make sure they are 2-3 player and age appropriate.
9.Play interactive games like churades, hide and seek, all kids love them
10.Take them out shopping! You can go to a thrift store, a dollar store, or even the mall! Give them each 5-15 dollars, the girls will love it!!!
11.Let them be thereselves! Let them feel grown up!! 8 year olds love 2 be indepentent!

Dont worry to much! Let the girls be indepentedent! As long as you keep the kid safe and your daughter us there, She will want to come over again and again, exspeically if she is with her best friend! Hope you read all my ideas and hope they help, good luck and have funn! :)

Mom stop stressing! Your daughter will pick up your stress and be nervous and then they won't be able to have fun. If it rains make sure to have something inside like dolls or a playhouse or dress up clothes.I pick up clothes at a thrift shop and adjust them to fit but be loose enough so they don't outgrow them too soon. You can get the size 5 high heels and they love them because they are REAL HI heels. You can keep different hats and let them act out what they think each hat represents.I keep trash art ready for my grandkids ages 7-10 so we alsways have some for rainy days. I keep all shoe boxes, Little Debbie boxes, detergent lids, brown paper bags, fruit baskets and mesh, pieces of cardboard from hosiery, allergy med boxes, etc. I pour it in the floor and they get equal amounts of the lrg and sm boxes and divide everything. They have tape ,all kids of glues and tons of imagination and can play for hours.I enjoy it too! don't worry b/c the girls will be fine!

they are 8. They should be able to entertain themselves but if you want to get them to do something what about baking some muffins or a cake (not a packet mix) then it can be cooked and they can eat it for afternoon tea. Make some biscuits too. I really believe they can entertain themselves. My kids are almost 8 and when their friends come home i give them an icy pole and send them outside to play. They always make there own fun

Take them to a dollar store and give them each five dollars to buy things to do together.
Then buy a cheap craft for them to do together. Foam art has frames, and all kinds of things that kids can make easily.
Get some fun snacks that they can make: frost cupcakes and put sprinkles on it, make trail mix, s'mores in the mocrowave, etc.

Make some cupcakes and let them decorate them with icing, sprinkles and stuff, if you are worried about them being bored. I don't think you have anything to worry about though she will more than likely be so excited to play with your daughters toys that she wont even want to go home.

Do not worry about these girls. Children are over entertained by adults. Make a yummy snack and set the precedence that you do not need to provide the fun.

They won't be bored. The little girl will probably be excited to play with someone else's different toys for the afternoon.

Make a good snack for them when they get home.

Have them do crafts with stuff around the house. just go to the dollar store and bulk up on supplies, sparkles paper, glue, beads, feathers, popsicle sticks, have them make masks or picture frames.

8 year olds are easy! Just let them do "their thing" I wouldn't interfere unless they ask for an idea, then have something like a craft or a baking thing that they can do! Girls love to bake...ecspecailly that age!
