That they are not satisfied and that they want more from you. It doesnt necessarily mean that you are wrong. It can be your mistake or theirs. Some people are selfish and demanding.

Things need to change. Have a sit down talk. You both should tell each other what you would like to be different, if anything, then see if it's do-able. Good-Luck!

Well translated it means --- they want someone else but are too damn immature to tell you so... that way when you've tried your damnest to make things work, they can walk away with the "I tried" and feeling guiltless.
