You can hold a weight behind your head elbows pointing at the ceiling up for 2 down for two, do 2 sets of 12 or if you want to push yourself do 3 sets of singles. You can do triceps push-ups where when you go down like a pushup your hands are tight in by your sides so close when you go down you brush your sides. You can also tricep kickbacks, upper arm is immobile by your side (one at a time) and you lean forward and kick back one arm.

I'm not sure of the proper name, but my favorite tricep exercise is like a backward seated pushup. You sit on the edge of a sturdy chair or bench and then lower your body to the floor and push back up. It always kills the next morning, but I like the results.

dips - with a bench, sit and place hands on bench beside you with fingers facing out towards your the edge of bench, lift yourself up and lower your butt towards the floor, keep the back close to the bench and toes up so just the heels are on the floor, raise yourself back up and than lower again and keep repeating, do 3 sets of 15, the closer your feet are to your body the easier and the further away from the bench they are the more intense

Dips artwork o.k. for me. not the type the position your ft are resting on something; the type the position you're preserving your entire body up on 2 poles. They artwork your shoulders and chest too. also, attempt diamond pushups, press-united stateswith one dumbbell held in the back of the top, and so on.
