Our schools are not structured as franchises. They are funded by the public. There would never be enough money to work in another city; much less another country.

There are some private schools, but they are usually Catholic or Christian and also do not have money to operate in other places. They are not franchises.

Perhaps you could work up a teacher exchange program and come to another country to work as a teacher for a year and study the system. At that point you could implement the changes when you return to your homeland.
