I bought 2 little ones...beef with some Italian Sausage in the centre. They are only about 1/2 inch thick and about 2 1/2 inches across (round). I've never bought these before. What do I do?

Better on the grill
They sound kinda thin for the London Broil I know. they sound more like swiss steaks.
Anyway for that size 7 minutes on each side on the grill...more if you like well done.

about 10 minutes on each side. make sure you wait about 10 minutes after broiling to slice very thinly (otherwise it is really tough) so it remains juicy!

I would put them on ahot grill for about 3 to 4 mins. on each side any longer and it will be tough. If you boil them they are going to be like shoe leather!
