If you are going for a test you want to be VERY clear. Best bet is to drink a Galllon + of water the nught before and another gallon starting 2- 21/2 hours before the test.....It's called a flush!

Those things dont work... If your talking about trying to get POT out of your system... The only thing you can do is wait it out 30 + days depending on weight. The more fat you have, the longer it takes!
