About me: Im hispanic...I was coming back from charlotte with my baby 1 and half, when a old fligth att. came to my baby and said ''you gonna terrified my fligth''then she took us those free magazines that you can read while you are flying, se came to me several times to see my baby and tied her seat belt so hard, to tell me its just one hour more and finally when we were 15min. to land she came to me again and did again tied my baby but so rude and nasty and she tried to seat my baby in the middle of her crisis and I did not know how react to this situation, one passenger deffended to me and it was the first trauma for my baby she was crying and screeming and that woman just wanted my baby keep her tied all that fligth. what I should do with this woman, which I told her It was my first fligth with my baby and I work for the same company as her? It this racist or what?

It sounds like she was just concerned about the child and wanted to make sure her seat belt was tied. She probably could have gone about it in a different way though. Flying with young children is difficult. I did it with my son when he was 8 months old. You said this woman is a flight attendant? You could ask the airline if this is standard procedure and file a complaint if it is not.

What you have written does not appear to have anything to do with race. She was probably concerned about the child being unseat-belted, but she should have suggested to you that you fasten the child's seat belt. I would simply forget about it and if something similar happens again, then explain to the woman that you will take care of your child the way that you choose.

There's probably nothing you can do. I dont think it was racist, she was probably just having a bad day or doesnt like kids. Anything you try to do or say won't go anywhere.

Im sorry you had a bad experience, but a lot of people are @ssholes.

perhaps the attendant was concerned about child during take-off and landing.
perhaps she did not understand all you thought she did.

Well the kid has to be in a seatbelt on take off and before landing. Doesn't matter if the kid likes it or not..

Do not have any contact with this women. If you see her ever again tell her to leave you alone and that you want nothing to do with her.

i think because hispanic people produce babies like americans produce bombs there is some racism there
