The break in your wrist was mended by new bone.
New bone expands and contracts at different rates to old bone.
Causes bone stress and pain. The nerves from both arms end up in the same point in your spinal cord. Synpathetic pain is common in limb injuries. Or it could just be that one wrist hurts so you overwork the other.
Wear a tennis/squash sweat band on your wrist or ask your fella or your girlfriend to squeeze it between their thighs. That'll take your mind off the pain.

Hi well it sounds to me it could be rheumatoid arthritis which some times can occur after a fracture or a bad sprain,or it could be carpal tunnel syndrome. You need to see your gp and ask for blood tests to be done as you find out alot in blood. He may also refer you for a MRI scan this will also detect any arthritis .Good Luck

sounds like R.S.I (repetative strain injury) this can be put right when it becomes really bad by an operation on your wrists (one at a time) to eliviate the pressure on the tendons/muscles affected by this. I suggest you go and see your G.P to discuss this further and see what your options are, best of luck lol

any numbness or tingling? if xray is clear, it's probably not your scaphoid bone again. maybe a muscle injury? or carpal tunnel perhaps? repetitive movements can cause any trauma to muscles and nerves as well.

Could be arthritis which can be brought on by an injury. See your doctor. Or it could be repetitive strain injury - too much texting maybe.
