I have a manuel side view mirror and it will not swivel for one reason or another. I have tried pushing it and pulling it but will not move, oh and yes I put WD 40 on it.

wow nice people out there ! for the power mirrors the knob that adjusts the drivers does the passengers side too, its on the drivers armrest the knob swivels for the adjustment and rotates to choose the mirror. if it's not power, have an assistant move the mirror while you are seated in your normal driving position , hope this helps

That has been a problem ever since Ford started using that style mirror. On mine there is a bolt on the bottom side of the bracket that I was able to loosen and adjust the mirror then I went back and retightened the bolt just to make sure it didn't readjust itself.
