Have you tried increasing your milk supply? Actually.....why do you think it's low? A lot of times moms think they have a supply problem and it's actually something else. You should definatly know that the amount you can pump is NOT an indicator of your supply.
The very best way to increase your milk supply is to nurse or pump more often. At 6 weeks, you are probably still nursing about every 2 hours around the clock. That's NORMAL. Also, at 6 weeks your baby is probably going through a growth spurt right now where it feels like she nurses all the time. This is also normal and it is how she boosts your supply to meet her needs. This weekend, go to bed with her. The two of you do NOTHING but nurse and rest and simple "self care" this weekend. Don't cook or clean, leave that to hubby. You just take care of momma and baby. After 2-3 days of this "nursing vacation" she should have your supply boosted up to where she needs it.
There are herbs that you can take to increase supply. Fenugreek is the most commonly used one. You take 3-4 capsules 3 times per day. When you are taking enough, you start to smell like maple syrup. Be sure to read the link below because people with certain conditions should NOT take fenugreek.
There is also a tea called "Mother's Milk Tea" that you can buy at your health food store.
Some moms report that eating oatmeal every day or eating tuna or drinking dark beer seems to boost their supply.

I'd suggest getting different bottles keep with the natural shape that avent has but just trust me on this one not to far in the future those bottles will start leaking like crazy.... but my son hated the milk based formulas So i got isomil he liked it. I wanted to breast feed but after one weekend away *he stayed with my mom* i stopped producing.
and not taking pacifiers isnt always a bad thing... you dont have to worry about how are you gonna get her off it.

Actually it is all up to your baby, because he/she Will be drinking the formula. All babies are different. For my oldest daughter
she was easy to satisfy with Infamil. My second daughter she
would always throwing up and I tried different formulas, even
the ones with lactose free, nothing seem to help. When she was 5 yr's old she was tested for Lactose Intolerance, and to find out
she was in fact lactose Intolerance, so I had to purchase Lactate
Milk. That is why I say every baby is different, it is all up to the child. Dr.'s and WIC workers can say this is the best, but
that is not always true, I am the one whom change the milk ,
because I knew she kept throwing up and I knew something was not right. If she is crying alot it could be causing her stomach cramps.

I would say it depends on the age of the baby. My daughter used to drink Enfamil with Iron when she was born, but I had to switch her to Enfamil without Iron at 2 weeks of age. A lot of people don't realize that babies are born with an abundance of Iron, and sometimes a formula with extra Iron, can cause stomach upset. I think most formulas on the market today would be good, but I'd discuss it with my doctor.

keep trying different bottles...borrow from friends if you can..that way you will only have to buy nipples...they are all so different but she will find one she likes! Good luck.
As far as formula...I bought the expensive stuff..then one day..my grocery store had their generic brand on sale REALLY cheap..so I bought one can..took it along with a well known brand to my pediatrician..and asked his opinion..he said they were equal in nutrition so I used the generic and saved a ton of money..(just a little tip)

Something with low iron (it causes tummy aches) and try a more natural nipple for the bottle.
From the info you have given, it seems like the use of something other than your nipple to suckle is more likely the problem.
