and have stone ish left to loose, but am really strugling to losse the rest, does any one have any good tips for getting rid of those last few pounds, i really would be happy just to lose half a stone... thanks

Wow well done on losing four stone! That's a great improvement. Sounds like you're doing really well so far. Carry on eating healthily and exercise for at least an hour a day. The weight should slide off. Don't give up now. Good luck! x

That is fantastic, well done.

It's always difficult to loose that last bit. Why not ask your group leader if you could try the weight maintenance plan for a month, then go back on the weight loss plan. This may help.

Well done!!! I think that you need to look at what you ate when you were losing the most weight and start eating what was helping you . Include a bit more exercise to help speed things up.

But I think you have done really well.

Keep going with Weight Watchers, you will get there. increase your activity some or start doing some if you aren't already physically active Weight Watchers only fails if you fail to follow program

Just a few more minutes exercise each day and try to cut out on bread and pasta and anything high in fat, try to fill yourself with fruit and veg and stay off the snacks too.

Try exercising. Calories out > calories in = Weight loss, no matter how much you eat.

Go on a walking holiday or sports holiday, exercise will shift those stubborn pounds!
