Call your local police department. Typically they will send cops to monitor the street and ticket those speeding. Just make sure you don't get caught speeding yourself! :-p

Have kids play out front and when someone is speeding through a ball out in the street in front of them. Another thing I like to do is look the other way, then dart out in the street, not all the way out, just enough to make them think you are going to run out, it scares the Sh*t out of 'em.

Well... i had this problem once and here is what i did. I bought a old police spike strip and whenever i saw a constant speeder i would throw it out in the middle of the road. true i did get sued but that jerk stopped speeding. Another good way to do it is put little cardboard kids in the road and it scares the crap out of them so they stop.

In my town, local residents can request speed bumps (humps?) (the wide kind, not like parking lots).

Iv"e tried signs parking car at angle even chasing people down. people don't care so i put speed bumps in that are removable {northern eq.com} put them out when i need them take them in so they don't get stolen. ha suckers!!!!!!

call the police and ask them to place a speed bumb and thats it !!!
or if they didnt you just made one and place it there !
